Tony Baird: Study Reveals Reason Why Women Like Bad Boy

Women are more like 'bad boy', it was not presumption 'empty' alone. In fact, according to a study, women do tend to be attracted to men who have a dark side, dressed 'bleak' indicating that they are naughty or dangerous to approach.

A figure like Loki, played by Tom Hiddleston in the movie 'Thor' or James Bond played by Daniel Craig can be regarded as a bit of a description of 'bad boy' in question. On average women are attracted to masculine their facial features.

In the study revealed that women like men narcissistic and seen many thoughtful. There are at least three characteristics that make him seem 'bad boy' but crazy woman; Machiavellianism, narcissism and Psychopathy, according to a study published in the journal Evolution and Human Behavior. The three characteristics hereinafter called Dark Triad.

Machiavellianism refers to dominant behavior to gain power and control the behavior of others. He is an individual who tend to be rational and less emotional, and tend to be manipulative behavior of others.

Narcissism is defined as a feeling of love for yourself redundant. While Psychopathy, is a personality disorder in which a person has a negative behavior such as likes exploit others, arrogant, self-control is low and less empathy.

Three of these traits, depicted women in physical appearance as a large skull, jaw strong and resolute, rigid nasal bone and eyelids in. This is presumably because the primitive desire of women to find a partner who is mentally strong and confident.

In the study it appears that women who want a child, clearly has a preference for men with three of these characteristics. Because, like a natural selection in animals, it indicates strong genes, a good mental and physical health so it is likely to produce larger offspring.

Scientists from the University of Liverpool in collaboration with a number of institutions in Poland and Finland conducted a study of 2,370 adult women. Respondents were shown photographs of men in two categories. The first, the man's face with more 'Dark Triad' and the second category have fewer such traits.

Respondents were then asked to choose which of the two categories of men are most attractive to them. Face with psychopatic characteristic has a tendency to look more aggressive and less happy. While the man's face, characterized by Machiavellianism impressed dishonest. Another with a narcissist, it looks masculine and dominant.

Some women are attracted to men who have a strong facial features and character, traits associated with Machiavellianism, narcissism and Psychopathy. Researchers found that female respondents chose men with one, or all three of these traits tend to want to have more children.


"This discovery explains that in modern society as it is now, women choose men with three characteristics 'Dark Triad' can be linked to their desire to succeed have offspring," he says in the study, as quoted by the Daily Mail.
